1. Go to Sharktech.net and click Account Login button.
2. In the customer portal, click on the Support button > Submit Ticket.
3. Choose the relevant department for your case.
4. Provide a detailed description of your issue or inquiry.
5. Attach relevant files if needed.
6. Click “Submit.” Once submitted, a confirmation will be sent to your email.
7. You’ll receive a response from one of our support representatives as soon as your inquiry is reviewed.
