[COMPLETED] Chicago Maintenance Tonight - August 25, 2017[THIS IS COMPLETE]
Dear Chicago clients,
As you're likely already aware having already received several emails, but this is another reminder that at 9pm CDT tonight, August 25, 2017, we will be conducting scheduled maintenance on our network. Downtime is expected to last 1 hour. This maintenance is to replace our current routing equipment with a newer Cisco router and is expected to allow for 10 years of growth before needing to be replaced. During the course of maintenance, your server will not be shut down, rather, the network access will simply be interrupted.
This maintenance will only affect Chicago based services. All other services will continue normal operation.
At this time, no further action is required on your part. Prior to 10pm CST, we will have no further updates regarding the network status. There is no need to submit a ticket unless your server is still down after our success announcement, which will be found here.
Thank you for your patience and if you have any questions, we're happy to help.
